EVENT SUMMARY
In our careers we rarely take time to pamper and rejuvenate ourselves. We will have workshops on yoga, meditation, natural facials, journaling ,aromatherapy and other topics on how to nourish and center your body and soul in order to have a happier and healthier career and personal life. We believe that taking time for ourselves is a great way to give recognition to all that we do in our daily lives.
Workshops and meals will be provided during the day hours. At night there will campfires filled with snacks, singing and plenty of time for nanny networking.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be holding the event at the Camp Highroad retreat Center and will be staying in their cabins which are pictures at the right. It is aimed at achieving the experience of camping with a little added comfort. Each cabin accommodates nine people and comes equipped with electric lights, cots and mattresses. Each person will need to provide their own bedding, pillow and pillow cases. Also provided is a latrine and washstand for our basic needs. It will be a wonderful opportunity to get back in touch with nature .

Our meals will be catered at the retreat center. Meals served will be Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Breakfast and Lunch. Meals are included in the Retreat fee. There will also be snacks at night around the campfire that will be prepared by us. Perhaps S’moresJ
